VIP lounge at Ibiza Airport
The VIP Lounge Cap des Falcó and the other three paid services that are often confused with it.
The VIP Lounge Cap des Falcó
Ibiza Airport has a VIP lounge, the VIP Lounge Cap des Falcó, managed by Aena and bookable in advance via its official channels. It is the only one at the airport: there are no separate airline or alliance lounges.
Alongside this, Aena markets three other paid services on Ibiza which are often confused with the chat room but serve different purposes.
What payment services are available, and what does each one do?
- VIP Lounge Cap des Falcó. A lounge area with seating, food and drink included, and Wi-Fi, located beyond the security checkpoint. You pay per person and can book in advance.
- Fast Lane. It’s not just a lounge: it’s priority access to security. At an airport with the seasonal fluctuations seen at Ibiza, this service is most useful in July and August, when the queues at security get really long.
- Meet&Assist. Personal assistance through the terminal, booked before the trip.
- Premium Service. The most comprehensive version of the accompaniment.
Be careful not to confuse them with the Service Sin Barreras, assistance for people with reduced mobility, which is free of charge and a right recognised under European legislation. This must be requested from the airline at least 48 hours in advance — how it works.
Frequently Asked Questions
VIP Lounge Cap des Falcó. It is the only one at the airport and is run by Aena.
The price and details of what’s included are set by Aena and are subject to change, so we haven’t included them here: please check their official channels for these details and to make a booking. What remains constant is that payment is per person and that booking in advance is usually better value than paying on the door.
The Aena lounge is not linked to any airline or ticket class: access must be purchased separately. Some credit cards and frequent flyer programmes grant access; this depends on your bank or programme, not on the airport.
No. The Fast Lane is a fast-track service through security, which ends as soon as you’ve gone through; the VIP lounge is a place to wait afterwards. They are different services and are booked separately.
