What we process
- If you write to us: your email address and whatever you tell us in the message. Legal basis: your consent in sending it. Purpose: to reply. Kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded by our security and delivery network (Cloudflare) and by the server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and online.
- Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept them. On your first visit a banner asks. If you allow «Statistics», Google Analytics sets its
_gacookies and records which pages are read, for how long, on what kind of device and from roughly where. We only look at totals, to see which pages are useful; GA4 does not store IP addresses. If you refuse, the page sends Google a cookieless signal with no identifier (Google Consent Mode), used only for aggregate estimates. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the «Privacy and cookie settings» link at the foot of every page.
There are no user accounts and no registration; we sell nothing and build no commercial profiles. We do not pass your data to anyone unless the law requires it.
Processors and recipients
The site is hosted on a server in the European Union and uses Cloudflare for delivery and protection, so traffic passes through its network. Statistics, when you allow them, are processed by Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If ads are ever shown, this policy and the cookie policy will say so first, and your consent will be asked before they are switched on.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or to the authority where you live.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page.
