What is changing, and when?
Ibiza Airport is one of the most seasonally dependent in Spain, and this has an inconvenient consequence for any website that publishes timetables: Almost everything changes several times a year. A bus timetable without its validity date is not just incomplete information; it is false information for half the year.
That’s what this page is for: to let you know what’s currently in force, what’s going to change, and when we review each item.

Each AERO line has its own timetable, and these do not coincide with one another. The AERO3 and the AERO5 do not run at all during the off-season.
How often do we check each item?
- Flight timetable — it updates automatically, several times a day, based on the official timetable. You can see it at arrivals and departures.
- Destinations, routes and airlines — are recalculated over the 15-day time window each time the site is regenerated.
- AERO route timetables — as stated in the operator’s official PDFs. They are reviewed at each of the four seasonal changes.
- Taxi fare — is a regulated tariff and is published along with its date of approval: the current one is from 29 April 2023.
- Airport figures — passengers, operations and cargo, by the end of the 2025 financial year.
What we don’t publish, and why
And what we do not publish, and why, because a site that only shows what it knows and stays quiet about what it does not know is a site you cannot trust:
- Car park charges. There is no price list published on a permanent page that we can refer to; the price depends on the car park and whether you book in advance. What we do know.
- Flight durations. The timetable gives the departure time but not the arrival time at the other airport, so calculating it would be a matter of guesswork.
- Luggage storage service. There is no published left-luggage service for Ibiza Airport. If one becomes available, we will add it.
- Layout of the terminal and gate numbers. There is no published version that we can reproduce with any certainty.
- Fixed taxi fare per journey. It’s charged by the meter; any exact figure would be made up. The actual fare, broken down.
Frequently Asked Questions
Four times a year, though not all routes at the same time: 1 April, 1 May (and 15 May for the AERO5), 1 and 16 October, and 1 November. The table above shows the details by route.
Every few minutes. The footer of the table states exactly how long ago the data was updated, and if the data is more than six hours old, the table disappears rather than showing you out-of-date information.
