What’s inside the terminal
These are the services available at the Ibiza terminal and what they are for. The specific opening hours of each outlet vary depending on the season and the flight schedule, which is why we do not list them here.
- VIP Lounge Cap des Falcó. This is the airport’s VIP lounge. You can book in advance via Aena.
- Fast Lane. Priority access to security screening. At an airport with the seasonal patterns seen at Ibiza, this is the service that proves most useful in July and August.
- Meet&Assist and Premium Service. Personal assistance through the terminal, booked in advance.
- Service Sin Barreras. Free transport for people with reduced mobility. You must request this from the airline at least 48 hours before your flight; it is a right recognised by European legislation, not an additional payment.
- Shops and restaurants. Including the category Food To Fly, which allows you to order in advance and collect your order from the shop.
- Free Wi-Fi. The network is called Airport Free Wifi Aena. You have 15 minutes to verify your email address and, once your account has been verified, you can browse without any time limit.
- Lost property. These matters are dealt with at the airport information desks. If you lost it on the aeroplane, you should contact the airline, not the airport.
- Medical services and defibrillators. Aena publishes them as part of the terminal’s services.
- Permanent exhibition. The airport has its own exhibition space, something that few people know about.
