Who to contact, depending on the situation
If you’re looking for the airport, we’re not the ones to ask:
- Aena manages the airport — car parks, services, facilities and lost property at the terminal.
- Your airline handles the flight, checked baggage, changes and complaints. A delay is claimed from the airline, not from the airport (how to do it).
